Just between the sitting room and the bedroom is an interconnecting door whose access can be restricted by the occupants. Also in the bedroom is a small sitting area, which can seat two people. Stay in our business suites and enjoy a daily supply of fresh toiletries, excellent room service, free access to high-speed internet, complimentary breakfast, and lots more. Terms & Policy

All times indicated in the policies are expressed in the hotel’s local time (GMT +01:00) Arrival: 02:00pm, Departure: 12:00 noon.

CHILDREN POLICY: Certain room types for this rate plan may or may not allow children. Child age: 12 years and below Child charge: Children under 2 free. Children under 12 are free if sharing the bed with parents but will be charged breakfast.

PREPAYMENT: Guest may choose to pay on booking, but must present the credit card at check-in for sighting. Guest must also present a valid means of identification for pre-paid booking. Guests unable to present any means of identification may be asked to pay cash, and the credit card payment be refunded. For all guests paying with credit cards, the hotel shall not make cash refunds, but shall only make transfers back to the originating credit cards.

MODIFICATION POLICY: We don’t charge you a modification fee if you choose to modify before 6:00pm prior to the day before check-in.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to amend rates and rate periods anytime. All extra charges remain the same throughout the year irrespective of season. No pets allowed.

If you choose to cancel, you will be charged 1 night stay.

NO-SHOW POLICY: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

HOTEL ADVISORY: CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 1 day prior to guest arrival will result in 0% of the accommodation being charged Cancellations less than 1 day prior to guest arrival will result in 1 night of the accommodation being charged. Banking fees & administrative charges will be deducted from all refunds.

PREPAYMENT: The credit card indicated will be charged upon booking, if specified. This guarantees your reservation. For guests opting to pay at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to give out the room, if unsure of the guest’s arrival. RATES: Rates are quoted in NGN and are inclusive of breakfast, 5% value-added tax and 10% consumption tax. Rates quoted do not include bank charges & foreign currency conversion fees.
